Vantage Agency Inc. ("Vantage," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Vantage Systems out of Vancouver, BC, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (vantagesystemsinc.ca), our Facebook and Instagram Pages, and any forms, chat widgets, or ads we run to reach you.

Information we collect

We collect personal information when you interact with us directly, including:

• Contact and booking forms — name, phone number, email address, business name, and any message you send us.
• The instant-quote chat widget — the same contact details, plus whatever you type into the conversation.
• Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads — when you submit one of our Instant Forms, Meta shares the information you entered (typically name, phone, and email) with us directly.
• Checkout and billing — if you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.
• Automatically, via cookies and similar technology — pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referral source, through Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, or book a call
• To deliver the services you've signed up for (review requests, website work, reporting)
• To send service-related messages (e.g., appointment reminders, account notices)
• With your consent, to send occasional marketing messages — you can opt out any time
• To measure how our website and ads are performing, and to improve them
• To meet legal, accounting, or security obligations

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, including:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you engage with our ads or Page
• Google — Analytics (site usage) and Google Business Profile (reviews)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the website and booking system

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and, where applicable, ad measurement (Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — generally, for the length of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
